    Attitude First. Skills We Can Grow.

    Our team covers help desk, on-site field work, networks, servers and cybersecurity for offices around the Eastern Shore. Certifications are great, but they’re not the first thing we look at. We look for people who:

    • Like solving problems and explaining the fix so it sticks
    • Stay calm and kind when a client is having a bad day
    • Follow through, write things down and keep their word
    • Want to keep learning, whether that’s A+, Network+, Security+ or the next big thing
    • Can get around Salisbury and the Shore for on-site visits (for field roles)
