SMS Terms and Conditions
These SMS Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your enrollment in the Omni Technology Professionals, Inc. (“OmniTechPro”) internal operational text messaging alert program. By opting in, you agree to these Terms.
Program Description
OmniTechPro sends internal operational SMS alerts to enrolled staff members. Message types may include system and security alerts, backup job status, IT ticket or client-issue notifications, meeting reminders, and other time-sensitive operational updates relevant to your role.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on operational activity and your role, and may range from a few messages per week to several per day.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.
Opt-In
End-users are enrolled after providing explicit verbal consent to an OmniTechPro representative, having been informed of the program description, message frequency, and applicable message and data rates disclosure.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Privacy

Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
